5 Lazy Ways to Make Money with AI in 2025 – No Experience Needed!

Earn with AI in 2025 – Easy Methods for Beginners

Make money online with AI tools in 2025 – YouTube thumbnails, blogs, websites, faceless videos, and automation strategies

How can a complete beginner make money with AI in 2025 with the least amount of effort? I’ve personally earned money through AI products, and now I’m going to share with you five ways I would make money if I were starting from scratch today. I’m not just going to tell you—I’ll teach you how to discover these ideas, how to sell them to customers, and I’ll also break down the cost, effort, and potential for each one. But I’m not talking about any “get-rich-quick” scheme. These are real, practical income ideas where AI does most of the work for you.

So let’s begin, starting with number five — AI Thumbnail Design.

You can earn money by designing those YouTube thumbnails that you click before watching a video. The task is to design thumbnails that increase clicks and views, and you can do this using AI tools like Midjourney, Photoshop, and Canva AI. Now, many people think it’s just about “vibe designing,” where someone puts in a good prompt and a nice image pops out. But that’s not what I’m talking about.

The good part about this job is — the cost is very low, the effort is medium, it’s not too hard, and the potential is very high right now. Since personal branding has grown a lot recently, on the lower end you can earn up to $50 a day by making 5 thumbnails at $10 each. And on the higher end, which is what we invest in, you can earn $200 to $400 a day — because we pay $50 each for 4 to 8 high-quality thumbnails.

You might be wondering, “Who would pay that much for this?” To be honest, I didn’t even know this kind of job was that serious. I had gone to my friend Sean’s office, at a station. As I was walking through the corridor, he pointed to a room and said, “That’s our thumbnail designer.” The guy had two monitors in front of him, testing multiple designs and versions. He was working on five different channels at once. That’s when I realized — the people who earn real money from YouTube actually hire professional thumbnail designers. That’s why you need to get skilled in this work too.

So how can you learn AI thumbnail design to make good money? First, you need to analyze a lot of viral thumbnails according to your specific niche or topic. There are tools like One of Ten and ViewStats that help you find thumbnails that are currently performing well — because trends on YouTube change every day and you need to stand out. Second, build your own thumbnail portfolio. Collect your favorite thumbnails and build a reference set you can use in the future. Third, follow the best-performing ones. This might seem obvious, but the truth is, using tools like ChatGPT, you can upload your collected thumbnail portfolio and use it as the foundation to create new and even better designs.

Then you might ask, “Okay, but where do I find clients?” Now I’ll teach you my audit-to-deal process — all my agency friends use this method to get clients easily. Step one is picking a niche. It could be automotive, personal development, doctors — whatever you love and want to design thumbnails for. Because “riches are in the niches.” Step two is lead scraping — meaning create a massive targeted list of potential clients. Go on LinkedIn or do research and build a big spreadsheet. I call this “mapping the universe” of your market. Step three is running an audit — if you’re doing AI thumbnail design, go through their entire YouTube channel, analyze the videos, and suggest how you can improve them. Record a quick Loom video, around 60 seconds, and if possible, show a few sample thumbnails you would make if you worked with them. Add value to their life before ever asking for a dollar.

Step four is offering the service — this should be a fast-action bonus, a kind of guarantee that reduces the risk and helps them say “yes” quickly. They might see your email with the video and reply, “Deal! Taking the payment.” Trust me, get on a call after they’ve paid. And if you do great work, they may offer you long-term opportunities.

And from here we move to the fourth method — AI Blog Generation.

The main idea here is that you create content that’s highly targeted for your client, which helps build awareness in their market. But that’s not all — because this content works at three levels: top of funnel, mid funnel, and bottom of the funnel. Each level of content serves a different purpose, and that’s what sets this process apart.

This is where things get even more important — and this is where you can start making the big bucks. Because now, with search being replaced by chat prompts, companies want their businesses to rank inside AI language models. That way, when someone asks AI how to solve a problem, it recommends their business. The cost to get started is almost nothing — you don’t need any extra tools, just start using free ones. The effort is also low — just ask the AI how to work with these clients and it will guide you. The potential is medium, because as AI gets better, blogs might not be as relevant in the future as they are today.

Still, right now, you can create five quality blog posts a day, getting paid $10 per post by large SEO companies. And if you get really good at it, you can make $200 to $500 a day. You can get paid to help companies rank inside these new AI models, or you can earn through affiliate revenue — inserting links to products in the blog and earning commissions when people buy. One of my clients, Timmer, actually uses AI to create SEO blog posts from podcast episodes for his clients — and he earns over $100,000 a month doing this.

That’s why I believe AI can support, but not replace the human process — because the most powerful stories still come from real human experience, AI just helps us tell them better. So how do you get started? Step one is “Model, then Modify.” That means you start by finding the top 10 blogs in each niche using tools like SEMrush or Ubersuggest to identify the outliers and patterns. Step two is using ChatGPT or another AI tool to create a portfolio of writing samples based on the best blogs you found. Don’t copy them — instead, train the AI to generate content that looks and feels like the quality you want. Step three is ranking in search — that’s where tools like Rank.ai come in, helping your blog rank not just on Google, but also inside large language models like ChatGPT.

Yes, it sounds easy — but you might be wondering, “Where do I find the clients who will pay me for this?” The answer is the same “audit to deal” process I mentioned before. It’s so simple, yet incredibly effective. Just do a bit of upfront work, show the client you know what you’re doing, and make it super easy for them to buy from you — and they will.

Now let’s move to number three — the faceless YouTube channel.

This one is really different because I used to think AI could never replace someone like me. But then I realized I’d been watching AI-generated YouTube content for years — and I didn’t even know it. You’ve probably seen those channels where someone is talking while B-roll footage plays in the background explaining the topic — but no one actually appears on screen, and those videos get hundreds of thousands of views.

If you understand CPMs, you’ll know those channels are making $50,000 to $70,000 a month just from YouTube ads. The cost to start one of these channels is medium, because you’ll need a few tools like editing software. The effort is also medium, since you’ll have to develop some skills — storytelling, creating narrative arcs, good hooks, clips, and packaging. The potential, however, is high — because this model allows you to build and stack income over time. The more content you publish, the more you earn.

On the low end, small channels might only earn $10 to $50 per day, and yes, there’s a lot of upfront effort to reach the first 10,000 subscribers. But on the high end, you could be making $500 or more daily — not just from YouTube ads, but also from affiliate links.

So how do you get started? First, pick a niche. Choose a category where you can sell affiliate products, land brand deals, or get high CPMs based on what advertisers are paying in that space today. Second, write your scripts — and this is where tools like ChatGPT help a lot. Use them to outline your content and develop your narrative style. What you’re really trying to discover is your “signature” video type — and it all starts with the script. The language you use, the cadence, the way you open, and how you explore the topic — all of this defines your unique voice.

Now let’s talk about creating your faceless YouTube videos — Step Three: build your avatar. This can be completely faceless, where no person appears on screen. Or, you can use tools like Synthesia or Eleven Labs to create a virtual AI avatar of yourself — one that reads your script, but you never have to be on camera.

Step Four is “post and improve with every video.” Most people think mastery comes from 10,000 hours of practice. But in reality, it's not 10,000 repetitions — it's 10,000 iterations. That means with every new video you post, try to make it at least 1% better than the last.

Now let’s move on to number two — AI Website Building.

Make money online with AI tools in 2025 – YouTube thumbnails, blogs, websites, faceless videos, and automation strategies

When a business starts, one of the first things they need is a website. There are over 22 million small businesses in North America. In the past, they would pay $5K, $10K, even $25K for a website. But now, with AI, you can build a full site using modern no-code tools — not just the visuals and the copy, but even the code structure.

And here’s the exciting part — if you’re good at it, you can still charge a premium. Later in this video, we’ll talk about tools that help you attract high-paying clients — because serious business owners understand how important a website is.

The cost of getting started is low — you don’t need to pay for many tools or hire a team. The effort is medium, because you may need to learn some technical things like hosting. But the potential is massive — if you can perfect just one offer, you can scale it. Think about it: every day, new businesses are launching — and every one of them needs a website.

At the low end, you might earn $100 per day, just building one website for a small business. But at the high end, you could earn $500 to $1,000 per day by serving multiple clients and upselling extra services — like AI SEO, hosting, or AI automation. Once you have the client relationship, you can continue adding value.

It’s scary to think about how many traditional design agencies are about to lose work to some 17-year-old kid using AI tools from their bedroom. In 2025, the most valuable real estate won’t be land — it will be digital, and it will be built with AI.

So how do you get started?

Step 1: Pick a no-code website builder and master it. If you’re just starting out, I recommend tools like Frame AI, Bolt, or Reloom.

Step 2: Use ChatGPT to generate custom copy (the content), and Midjourney to visualize your ideas into beautiful graphics.

Step 3: Build 2 or 3 demo websites to showcase your skills. Create websites for your parents, or for your own side-project ideas — anything that proves your ability and quality of work.

Now you might be wondering — “Okay, I built something… but how do I sell it?”

The answer is simple: run the audit-to-deal process — the same one we discussed before.

And now we arrive at Number One — the AI Automation Agency, which is currently the hottest opportunity in AI right now.

The cost to start is medium, because you might need to pay for some software or pro versions of tools. The effort is medium too — if you’re new, there’s a learning curve. But here’s the best part — I taught this to my 12-year-old son, and he picked it up easily. That means anyone can learn this — if they’re willing to focus, learn, and stop wasting time binge-listening to personal development podcasts.

This is the time to learn and build something real.

The potential is huge — because you’ll be at the cutting edge of AI. You’ll help businesses reduce complexity, automate their operations, and open up new opportunities — because you’ll be embedded in their systems.

On the low end, you could be earning $200 a day with just one or two small clients — helping them automate a few workflows each week. On the high end, you could earn $1,000 to $2,500 per day by integrating their existing tools with smarter AI systems. You’ll help them generate leads, improve backend workflows, and expand capacity to serve more customers.

The bigger the business and the bigger the problem you solve, the more they’ll pay you — because you’re helping them make more money.

Here’s my rule: every person on my team has to know how to do this.

Even my Head of Finance sat down for three weeks and used AI to fully automate all of our bookkeeping — just because they love doing it.

Many people who had never used spreadsheets before or knew nothing about AI are now learning automation. Because AI automation isn’t about replacing people — it’s about freeing them up from tasks that only consume time but don’t drive real results. It allows them to focus on what truly matters — like being creative, thinking about outcomes, or identifying what really moves the needle. Any task that’s just processing information or moving things forward mechanically can be handled by a computer.

So here’s how you get started:

Step One: Create a plan of action. Ask ChatGPT — “If I wanted to start an AI automation agency, what are the top 10 steps I should take? Please be detailed but concise.” ChatGPT will walk you through the step-by-step process.

Step Two: Master one specific automation use case. Most people who get into AI try to do everything at once — but that stops them from going deep in any one area. What you should do is pick a specific use case and focus on it. It could be cold outreach, team training, bot creation, or onboarding automation. Choose one area and dive deep into it — because specialists get paid more.

Step Three: Join a community. Surround yourself with people who are already doing this — it will help you learn faster. If you’re more technically inclined, you can join Dave Eelar’s community where they build AI systems. If you want to learn content and automation, follow Stephen Pope and join his community.

Now I understand — this work is a little harder to run through the "audit-to-deal" process because it’s mostly about internal workflows, not external clients. But here’s what you can do instead — just reach out to potential customers and say:

“Hi, I’m new to this. I’m looking to build a few case studies. I’d like to fix one of your problems for free. It won’t cost you anything. All I ask is that if I overdeliver on what I promise, you’ll let me use this project as a case study to share with other clients in the future.”

That’s a win-win — they get a problem solved for free, and you get a real case study. If you do five to ten of these, trust me — if you’re good, they’ll want to keep you around, and they’ll refer you to others they know.

And if you’re actually building real AI technology — I mean real products or software, not just automation services — and you’re wondering if I might be interested in partnering with you, just find me on Instagram and send me the word “venture.” We’ll have a chat and see if what you’re building makes sense.

And if you want to learn exactly how I go from zero to one million this year — click here, and I’ll see you in the next video.
